Privacy notice
Elderbrook House is the controller of the information you give us when ordering breakfast. We use it only to prepare and serve your breakfast and to plan our kitchen.
What we collect
Your room, your first name, the breakfast day, your choices, your preferred time, and any allergy or dietary notes you choose to share. You don't need to create an account.
Allergy and dietary information
Allergy notes may reveal health information. We ask for it only so we can take care when preparing food, with your explicit consent when you submit it. It is visible only to our kitchen team and is never included in emails or analytics.
How long we keep it
Personal details and notes are removed after a retention period set by the house (90 days by default). Anonymous counts of dishes served may be kept for stock planning.
